Fire Procurement Specification - Please review and submit your queries
We Linc Cymru Housing Association intend to enter into a long-term agreement and must consult you about this work under section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. (See Note 1 below.)
The services to be provided under the agreement are as follows. Servicing, Maintenance, and repair of fire equipment.
We consider it necessary to enter into the agreement because:
- Linc Cymru Housing Association has a legal obligation to maintain, service and keep in good repair the fire systems in our buildings.
- The servicing and maintenance of the buildings fire system will prolong the life of the fire systems.
